Belt frayed and would non stay aligned and now stretched. Contacted Sunny and aforementioned response, align belt. Now when you step on chugalug, stops running. Can no longer employ treadmill, and Sunny refuses to contact me.

Bought the bike and the tension knob broke inside the first year. No biggie... Achieve out to get a part and the fun began. Commencement contact with Sunny Health was August 17th 2021. I called and was asked to email pictures of the office, the serial number, and my receipt (no trouble) I sent information technology in that day. No response... I e-mail them 5 days later. They notify me the part is not available simply volition transport it to me in 3-6 weeks. That's ok, I get it. I wait 8 weeks to check in, they let me know it will be another 3-4 months... Damn, that's a long time... Simply people have bigger problems correct now, then whatever.

I look another 4 months and electronic mail them again. They say, "Oh certain we can ship you this office. That volition just be $20 - send u.s.a. your Paypal account and nosotros volition get it right out..." Ok, awesome and so you have the part, left me hanging since August, and now want me to pay for it when it was under warranty when I start chosen you? Nope... What a wonderfully backwards experience. Hither is my ticket number if anyone out there wants to follow up. **

I started using auto 2 months after I bought it, right away I noticed something was wrong. Made a loud racket and bicycle would wobble. I sent a video. They sent a video how to remove covers. But I could not open information technology. I got the runaround. I am out 330 bucks! Do not buy from this visitor. Horrible service, my credit carte du jour couldn't help me cause information technology was laissez passer threescore days. I got burned! Ripped off. Exercise not buy anything from these crooks

It has been very difficult to adjust the seat since we bought this bike, and nosotros reached out to Customer Support to ask them what to do. They said that is the bike seat is stuck, we should lay the bike on its side and use a hammer to become the seat post out...after getting a replacement part, the bicycle seat and post became stuck over again.

Support suggested things such equally "breaking the plastic cap" and "submerging the parts in water to make it easier to pull apart". They have denied our request to get actual working parts that can exist adjusted and say that it is not covered under warranty, fifty-fifty though the effect that we have had since the we got the bike has not been resolved. Do not purchase anything from this company. I'k very disappointed in my purchase as nosotros now have an unusable bicycle.

I purchased a Sunny Fitness Cross Trainer about a month ago. It came as agreed but when I was putting it together, I was very frustrated by the VERY small pictures in the instruction book, but upon careful inspection and ho-hum going, things started coming together. But the 2d piece I went to put on, which was 1 of the Stabilizer Bars, equally I was tightening the commodities, the office cracked and the finish started falling off, literally. I decided to keep going and run across "what else might be a problem before I called Sunny" and got the back end of the cross trainer done and was getting prepare to attach the "Front Mail" to the main frame.

There is supposed to be 3 wires coming out of the "Front Mail" that connect upwardly with 3 wires coming out of the primary frame, but MY Front end Post only had ii wires coming out of it. There was a loose wire in the box with two identical male ends that did non announced anywhere in the didactics book or the video. I called Sunny, sent DETAILED PHOTOS of the defective parts and was given a ticket number and told a new Dorsum Stabilizer Bar would exist sent out to me and they were trying to effigy out the state of affairs with my "Front Mail" and the missing wire and/or the "extra" wire that came in the box.

I waited One FULL WEEK with NO RESPONSE from Sunny, NO contact that they had sent my parts or that they were doing ANYTHING to resolve my issues, and I chosen them once again. The young man I spoke with said he would brand sure it was taken care of TODAY and I'd be getting an email that my parts were on the manner....well, THAT DID Not HAPPEN. So, if I don't hear anything tomorrow, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB in LA where their visitor is AND file a complaint with the California Chaser Full general's Role of Consumer Affairs. At that place is NO Alibi for this kind of customer service failure, NONE....BUY ELSEWHERE, this company is a joke! Typical Made in China JUNK!

Bought a exercise bicycle 3 calendar month ago for my wife per her doctor's request. Nosotros're older and she does very low-cal work (10 minutes low setting) once or twice a week. It broke down, Sunny would not replace or repair, instead they sent a diagram on how to repair myself. It didn't piece of work, they put cheap parts and are not willing to send a technician and the part required to brand it correct. They instead said that I should contact Amazon to run into if they tin can help me!!? I paid $400 and it is a lot of money for the states simply nonetheless, you may desire to consider buying from other companies than Sunny Wellness and Fitness. They made me transport then many videos and pictures and although they recognized the problem, they said that I should become my own technician and parts needed to ready it. Only 3 months into the purchase and maybe 5 hours of total usage!!!

I would never buy a production from this company over again. Their customer service is terrible, and it takes a week for them to respond to emails and months to resolve issues. I purchased an Evolution Pro 2 Magnetic Indoor Bicycle Practise Bike model SF-B1986 and delivered the first week of December 2020. First, the bearing went out on the correct pedal within thirty days. I reported the problem on 12/29/2020 and information technology took until ane/20/2021 for them to ship me a replacement pedal for cocky-replacement to fix the bicycle.

Second, I now take another issue that started in March 2021 where the cycle is making a loud clunking sound when spinning. I reported this on March 19th, 2021.

Afterward a week they advised to diagnose by sending me a YouTube video link to have off guard and do various things with belt, flywheel, etc… to effort and figure out the specific issue. Right in the e-mail it states the video may not be for my specific model so not sure how I would follow. Then, afterwards 1 hour of trying to work through the diagnosis, I advised I wasn't able to perform the diagnosis due to instructions that are not for my bike model and no tool to remove the pedal artillery to go the guard off.

I emailed back twice since then that they needed to accept someone repair or to replace the bike. After weeks and several emails providing videos of the noise upshot, serial number info, and sales order, I received an e-mail today they are at present aircraft me steel bearings of some kind and some kind and a creepo puller tool which I should receive in i – 4 weeks. No response to my requests of them regarding sending someone to fix the bicycle or return for a refund or replacement.

I purchased this treadmill during the winter of the pandemic to maintain some exercise beyond pond. It was by far the least expensive then I wasn't expecting much. Even so, it is a great, solid, easy to utilize piece of equipment, and information technology fold up to an upright position. I am pleasantly surprised!
