Exam Monitoring

This page allows users to clarify testing data, monitor student progress on an online exam, lock or unlock a student's test, submit a student'south test and pause a timed exam if that functionality was enabled when the examination was scheduled. 1. Click the Dashboard icon or the Dashboard tile.

   • Class radio push filter style:
     1. If you are a District- or School-level user or a user with access to multiple schools, use the School drop-down field to select the school.
     2. Verify the Class.
   • Intervention Group radio push filter mode, select the Intervention Group Library and the Intervention Group.
5. Click the Reports link.
6. In the Recent Events widget, click on the Exam Monitoring link or the Favorite Reports and select the Test Monitoring link.

Test Monitoring Folio

1. • Lock/Unlock/Submit – The lock icon in the header volition lock/unlock/submit the examination for all students.  The lock icon by each student's name locks/unlocks/submits the exam for individual students.
  • Lock - Locks a student from the exam if they have not submitted their test.
  • Unlock - Unlocks a student from the test if they had been locked out of a exam by the educator OR if they have submitted their exam and need to be permit back into the test.
  • Submit - Locks the pupil from the exam and if using Imagine Learning curriculum activates the sequencer to identify students on their learning path.  Please notation, upon completing the exam and exiting, students are prompted to submit their examination.

• Earned Pts. - the total number of points the educatee has earned out of the total number of points possible as well as percentage.
